Is a deal a voucher?

Yes a deal is in fact a voucher. Once you purchase the "deal" you will be sent email confirmation which comes as a voucher.

How do I redeem my deal/voucher?
  • Once you have ordered a voucher you will receive an order confirmation email containing your voucher code when payment has been confirmed (Please contact us should you not receive your voucher).
  • You will be able to reach out to the club either by email or over the phone (Their contact details will be on your voucher and the clubs page).
  • Book your round on a day that your voucher is applicable and let them know you are using a GolfPlayed monthly deals voucher when making the booking (Remember to bring your voucher with on the day).
Where can I view my voucher?

The voucher will be emailed to your email address used during checkout. This will include the sale receipt as well as the voucher that you need in order to make the booking.

Can I still use my voucher if it has expired?

If your voucher is not used during the valid period and it has expired then unfortunately the voucher can't be used and you won't be refunded.

What do I do if I can't use my voucher?

You will need to contact the club to make an arrangement regarding the voucher.
